eCommerce Manager Looking to Grow

I currenlty work in the wine industry of Northern California as an eCommerce Manager. This role allows me to work closely with developers as I design our email marketing for two brands as well as oversee/implement changes to our website. Our current website uses drupal. I am working on learning new skills to transition from the design world to the developer side with a focus on UX and UI.
